Easy Paleo Meatballs in the Crockpot

Whether you’re looking for a simple appetizer, dinner or even lunch, these easy Paleo Meatballs are delicious and low maintenance. Made with ground beef and your favorite sauce (or my homemade recipe), these meatballs are made in the crockpot. Even my kids love them (which is saying a lot.)

For Meatballs

For Sauce

  1. Make meatballs: In a large bowl, mix together beef, parsley, egg, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes until combined.  Form mixture into 24 meatballs and place in slow cooker.
  2. Make sauce: In another large bowl, stir together crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, onion oregano, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over meatballs.
  3. Cook, covered on low until meatballs are cooked through, 5-5.5 hours.
  4. Garnish with parsley before serving.
